Okay, I’ve selected LIFLENZ, what happens now?

LIFELENZ will send a Welcome Email that will require you to complete a few pre-deployment tasks that will assist us in setting up your Business & Locations within our platform:

- Complete Datapass Authorization
- Complete Participation Agreement


Upon Datapass Authorization, our Implementation Team will then be able to ensure that your set-up is ready for Deployment, which includes:

- Dedicating a WFM Lead to be accountable and responsible for Organization’s deployment

- WFM Leads and Operators can access the Deployment Dashboard to track deployment progress. View tasks and due dates to prepare for go-live (e.g., Datapass authorization)

- Kick-Off Session that will illustrate what to expect during the deployment and how to stay effective and on time with completing set tasks using tools provided

- 5 Joint training Sessions occurring weekly that will provide McDonald’s Best Practices and how that is then applied throughout the LIFELENZ Platform and the different modules. This will include a session that will walk through configurations you can set for your business needs

- Upon Go Live / Cutover, you will then be introduced to your dedicated Client Success Manager that will be your account point of contact going forward and will be working with you through your first payroll

- During this time, you will have a Deployment Specialist who will be available to you during this process for any questions or concerns pertaining to deployment
 

From Choice Due Date to Go Live/Cutover the entire process is approximately 8 weeks, not including processing your first payroll.
